    Hello again, this is ol' Captain speakin'. Apparently the f**king forum went r-tard and deleted all my posts, threads and even account, thus I am posting this again.

    If you come up with an idea for a perk, or suggestion, post it here. You can make your own perks too. Even if these weren't used, the devs might get ideas from these, and you can amuse yourself by doing so, if nothing else. Please, keep the perks serious and balanced, thanks!


    Example of BAD Perks:

    -son of god-
    you become immortal and can kill everyone with one shot lol

    -The Bulls**tter-
    You've mastered the art of speaking crap and now can make anyone believe in whatever you say. Increases Charisma, Speech and Barter to 999...


    Examples of GOOD Perks:


    -Charmer-
    Interacting with people have made you a skillful speaker. Increases your Charisma by 1 and your Speech and Barter by 10.
    However, with your talent you're more likelyhood to able be to talk your way out of the trouble, thus decreasing your skill in Small Guns, Big Guns, Energy Weapons, Melee Weapons and Unarmed by 5.

    -Wasteland Vagabond-
    Your time in the Wasteland has taught you how to take care of yourself and the hostiles out there, increasing your Endurance by 1, Small Guns, Melee Weapons and Unarmed by 10, and your Medicine by 5.
    However, you've spent a lot of time as a loner, thus your Charisma has decreased by 1, and your skill in Speech and Barter have been reduced by 10.


    Whatever good ideas for good perks you might come up, post 'em here!

    Your work near Radiation has improved your RAD Resistance by 5. Though most people aren't as resistant as you are, so you are often by yourself. Decreasing your Charisma by 3.

    Cute little perk. Maybe a little boost to the Endurance wouldn't hurt, since -3 Charisma. Though, I don't really know how much +5 RAD Resist is over here...
