Um... Is this forum Dead?

Hey everyone, My names Remi, Or The Rogue Gunbearer (Thats my steam name). Uhh, People on the fp thread say this forum is dead. Is it true? I wanted to help out with the development. Ive examined the threads and they stopped replies and such at late 2010. I hope anyone on the forum responds to this.
