Shadow squad was once a prewar army that went into hideing before the bombs drop. They hid in a secret underground facility and slowly expanded their numbers and trained their elite units. It is unknown where this base is located but it is certain that it will be inaccessable to all who try.

Hm...First, I'd like to see you delve more into what purpose your faction has. Second, You have a lot of posistions, which, I guess would be needed in an military-esque faction. It just seems a bit large. And I havn't really seen you Rp nor do I know you very well. But, all in all, pretty good.

Well I have yet to find the server and to rp on it. Shadow squad is suppose to be an ex-militart faction that went on it's own after the great war. Their goal is to protect the wastes from any threats and is welcomly to wastelanders. They are unlikely to take assassination missions unless their target is opposed to them. They rarely use power armor because of it rarity and mainly use combat armor.
A few notes on the side is the point I posted this is to get a head start on getting factions accepted.

Anywho, Since they'll most likeley be helping wastelander's instead of killing them, I'll probably accept it. Just give me some time to look it over and think of anything that might need to be fixed.

The server isn't up yet. It'll be up in a week or two.
Also, since you'll be helping the watelanders(As Sharq said) It'd actually be quite a usefull faction.

This'll be tuff. It sounds like these guys are as powerful as The Enclave (Which no one is, to my knowledge). And I hope that not everyone'll get a super-powerful weapon. It's the wastes, guns arn't in that big of a supply.

Yeah, they won't have alot of weapons for their soldiers, mostly makeshift stuff for the low ranking ones. I'm thinking of haveing them nuteral to the Enclave at the start since their both pre-war militarys, have them become allied or most likely enemys through the game. I also would like if their uniforms were http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Winterized_Combat_Armor but given a urban/wastlandish color.

You'll have to find your relations with the Enclave ICly. They may not want to be neutral with you.

Well from what I seen of the enclave is they like non mutant people, and Shadow Company (changing name, elite squad will be Shadow Squad) recently came out of their hideout.

But I mean, if the leader of the Enclave in the server(When it comes up)wants to be your ally, then you are, but if he decides that he doesn't, then you won't be.

In the map can you make a small ungerground base with it's enterance blown up (removable) with an airduck in front of the collapsed enterance on thew ceilling, maybe a sign saying Shadow Tech to hint that this is where Shadow Company came from. From looking at Killey's list of weapons I would like it if the standard weapon would be this http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/64479 but recruit to pvt 1st get pistols.

No faction is going to spawn with weapons, you'll have to buy them. Most of those weapons she posted, if not all, will not be used. i'm also not customizing the map for many factions, then everybody would want their own base in it.

Oh for God's sake, those guns arn't even canon. And speaking of factions; Don't even bother making an application for the BoS or Enclave (For those whom were planning to). I shall, with Razan, choose those fit to lead them.
